Job Description: Technical Lead

• Solid experience with Single Page Javascript application frameworks (Angular, React), HTML/CSS, and UI/UX design.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, RESTful principles and/or web services.
• Knowledge and previous hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle as well as SQL language.
• Experience with Modern continuous integration CI, build, version control tools.
• Experience with Design Patterns, Architecture, Design, Test Driven Development, Dependency Injection, Mocking.
• Designs, implements and maintains code based on functional and technical requirements.
• Develop solutions that are tested, scalable, reliable, and reusable following our established development and strict testing practices.
• Solid understanding of good coding and testing practices.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile Lean/Kanban team following defined development processes to plan sprints, expand stories into technical tasks, work on removing impediments, and execute at top velocity.
• Successful track record of delivering on projects, both individually and as a team member.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
• Works well in a strongly collaborative but mature agile development environment.
• Prefers to generalize and work in a variety of areas instead of specializing in any one technical area (server, client, DB, multiple applications).
• Works well in a strongly collaborative but mature agile development environment.
• Recommends improvements to both processes and products.
